Then hint of orange in Earl Grey tea blends nicely with the dark richness of cocoa.

I’ve been obsessed with this duo lately, so I set about modifying this recipe for gluten-free tea biscuits.

Real butter, rich cocoa, sugar blended to fineness, rice flour, tea leaves and bergamot with a pinch of smoked sea salt.

The results: light, intensely flavored wafers perfect for dipping in tea.
