Coconut Macaroons (gluten-free and SO simple)

Cocoa was going to create for you a little quiz to find out which flower you are most like, but with Sheasikins off gallivanting on vacation far away, she’s despondent enough to warrant cookie-baking.

So, that’s what we’ll do this week instead.

Since work-friend Crystal is gluten-free and Shea might soon be too (at least temporarily), we’re working on building up our g-f treats over here. It helps when you can take just three ingredients and turn out addictive snackables.

Step 1: Assemble the Yummies


Step 2: Beat Eggs to Peakiness


Step 3: Pour In the Salt & Honey

Step 4: Fold In Shredded Coconut


Step 5: Arrange Sticky White Mounds

Step 6: Toastify (250* for 50 minutes)


There you have it. Now, someone come take these away from me.
