In terms of meals, quiche has it all:
easy to prepare, fairly healthy, can be eaten hot or cold and can be packed with as much flavor as you dare. Not to mention, it’s an entire meal in one dish.
Today, we’re adoring the fullness of green, fresh broccoli baked into an eggy pie and sprinkled with sharp bits of cheese.
From the store:
Fresh broccoli, half a dozen eggs and smoked provolone cheese
From the pantry:
Milk, butter, salt and a pie crust
Chop broccoli, layer over crust. Whip eggs with milk, salt and butter. Pour over broccoki, sprinkle with cheese and bake.
